To our Valued Philip Pelusi Guests:

We are happy to let you know that we will be reopening for business on Friday, June 5th, 2020. We want to assure you that we have been working very hard to make sure your return is smooth, comfortable, and safe. We will start by calling all of our Guests who had appointments scheduled from March 17th forward, in order to get them rescheduled. Please keep in mind that we will be required to use only half of our designer stations in order to meet state-mandated 50% capacity ruling. If you want to call to inquire about scheduling an appointment, we expect to have our Guest Service Staff in our salons starting on Tuesday at most locations.

We ask your help in the following:

  • Guests receiving services should arrive at the salon right at the time of their service to reduce the number of people in the salon and waiting area. We ask that only Guests receiving services remain in the salon.
  • A disinfection station will be set up in front of every salon and we ask our guests to sanitize their hands, have temperature taken, and have a mask in place.
  • We ask all guests that are ill to please reschedule their appointments and we will forego any late cancellation policy.
  • If you are getting a haircut only and you want to shampoo your own hair we just ask that you do so within two to three hours of your appointment.

Here is how your visit will look different for the safety of all:

  • We are required to keep our Guest capacity at 50%, and will only be using every other station to ensure greater social distancing.
  • Every employee and Guest will have their temperature taken when entering the station. (Temperature must be below 100.4)
  • All Guests and Employees will be required to wear masks while in the salon.
  • We will discontinue serving coffee/tea for the time being.
  • We will figure out your bill, collect and sanitize any retail you want to purchase, re-book your next appointment, and collect payment right at your Designer’s chair.
  • In some cases, we will be extending hours in order to accommodate our needs to be working at a reduced pace. However, some malls will have reduced hours for the immediate future.
  • We will be scheduling additional time following each Guest visit in order to clean and sanitize all surfaces to ensure everyone’s safety.
